Amy Bailey, a life-long resident of Edmond, Oklahoma, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.  Amy has spent her entire career (27 years) in the banking industry.  She is currently President of CrossFirst Bank Oklahoma City.    Amy has an established reputation for providing extraordinary service and creative solutions to banking clients across the U.S.  Although well versed in all aspects of banking, Amy specializes in Commercial Real Estate Lending. 

Amy is a dedicated servant leader driven by forming long-standing relationships.  She has a passion for developing talent and helping others succeed in their career. 

Amy also enjoys giving back to her community and currently serves as a Board Member of CREW and Folds of Honor OKC.  She is the 2023 Co-Chair of Go Red for Women Committee and a professional member of the Commercial Real Estate Council and RMA Oklahoma City Chapter.

Amy was a 2015 honoree of Journal Record’s 2015 Achievers Under 40, named Top Banker in 2016 by the Independent Banker, a graduate of SALLT and Leadership Edmond.

Amy and her husband, James, of 22 years, have three boys and reside in Edmond.  When not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends at their Tenkiller lake home.
